Without you, work cannot proceed. You are the link between the site management and the team, ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities. You lead while also getting hands-on. You coordinate, organize, and manage tasks, ensuring all approved materials are removed, stored, and disposed of according to guidelines.

You handle work permits and ensure compliance with safety regulations for colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractor employees. You provide instructions, hold toolbox meetings, and proactively identify potential hazards, regularly informing staff about work risks. You ensure that tasks are completed according to the site manager’s directives.

You carry out all inspections and controls as per the work plan. Additionally, you assist the site manager, project manager, asbestos supervisor, accounting department, and work preparer. If you learn about a potential new project for DDM, promptly inform the site manager.

Important to know: This position is for our locations in Germany, so it is essential that you speak German well to effectively manage the teams.
